CheckFree is not interested in Credit Card transactions (there are already enough players involved in CC transactions). Those partners have nothing to do with bill payment and presentment, and even if CF bought CyberCash, there is no easy way for those 'partners' to transition from Credit Card partners to Bill Payment Partners (it's like apples and oranges).
