mac:

I stopped watching WIND after DMGL upgraded it; It's done very little since then, despite the runaway NASDAQ market. There's too much overhead supply for me to consider going long, and the 200-day MA is still declining. The 50-day MA has just turned up ever so modestly.

It's a stock whose time has not come yet for trading, although there seems to be some resistance at 38. OBV is trending down after tagging its declining 21-day MA.

Not a pretty picture; there are better targets out there.

BWDIK?

mac, WIND's technical outlook has improved over the last week or so.

In addition, three analysts following WIND now list the stock as a strong buy while the fourth now reckons it to be a buy -- this is a significant improvement over last week!

Second Opinion has upgraded its technical opinion to neutral from avoid which is also nice to see.

Note that the price is now above Second Opinion's buy stop.

I'd say things are looking up!
