TI2,

RE:Is this 20% more than previous model ASP?

I think so. MSDW's estimate is probably more accurate than one I could offer.

RE:My understanding is that 5010 is 20% more productive for stepper and that pricing is proportional.

I believe it's actually the Orion which will allow for greater productivity, because of the 20W average power output it will allow for a faster scanning stage(I think so, but could be wrong). The higher ASP for the 5010 can be partially attributed to the higher ASP litho tool suppliers are charging for their scanners, about $7M vs. $5M for steppers.

RE:All lasers are still under warranty from reports of my contacts at SEMICON. No service revenue stream yet.

Cymer does not break out service revenues, but they said spares accounted for 10.2% of total revenues last Q. Here's an exchange from the last CC:

Scott Turkel [phonetic], TCM Partners: I just have a very basic question that I quite don't understand. If you have all this inventory, how do you expect to have a sequentially flat revenue quarter.?

Angus: Spares sales will compensate for any fewer units of system shipped.
