Chuz and Thread,

Any news on the Coherent merger? With CCSC at 54 3/4 and TLAB at 86, that works out to nearly a 13% discount if the 0.72 TLAB/CCSC ratio still holds true.

I foolishly allowed myself to get stopped out on the last dip, and am looking to get back into TLAB.

Chuzz, thanks for your insights. The news of past tankages always sobers one's enthusiasm. I think I will wait until things cool off abit. S&P at 25 times trailings earnings per Bob Brinker today, whoa!
"Never see a bull market like this again" per Mr. Brinker. btw, I personally see another drop this fall on last year's scale.
