"Information is the Investors Advocate" My motivation here is to educate and inform Centocor Stockholders about activities of the company Insiders and Executives. Over the past 2 years, I have followed this stock.... correction, I have followed the "Insiders" of this stock very closely. My research has found a pattern of Compensation, Partnership Unit Sales and Underwriting activity that is interesting. I felt so strongly, that I submitted my investigative information (as it relates to this company) to the SEC and NASDR for review. My focus is on the ongoing "Spinning" Probe. I think this information is relevant and timely. You can ignore it, question it, or use it in your investment decision process. But I think you should be aware of its status.
