I don't belong to any paid service, but a relatively current source for short selling on the NASDQ is ViWes: Nasdq Short Interest at:
viwes.com Barrons carries short interest in their weekly newspaper.

As you can see the short selling in ZOLT was 3.2M /9.2M or close to 35% of the float during June, but the days-short was falling somewhat. I'm uncertain what the July figures look like.

I personally don't believe in market timing and I have never shorted a stock. For what it's worth, my read on the short selling trend in ZOLT would normally be bullish, and that any good news will squeeze the shorts. Unfortunately the long term short selling in Zolt may be justified, no good news may be on the horizon, and we may not (as I believe) have seen a bottom yet.

regards

Logjamm, thanks for the information on the short interest on Zolt. But as a long term long, I really do not care nor rely on short squeezes to achieve my investment goals. I only worry about Zolt's ability to effect it's business plan. If they can do such, then we need not worry about our investment success on this stock.
