More about questions Hello, Cat! Some of our group reported that a DELL employee named (I think) John Winfrey has been tasked with monitoring our thread. So I will address those questions to him, to see if we can get answers here or elsewhere. You should have seen the faces of Kevin Rollins and Mort Topfer when one questioner pointed out the difficulties that our government had had in negotiations with the Russians and Chinese, and added something to the effect of, "and you just go in and build a factory." I'm confident that there were man-years involved in the negotiation and accreditation process, which was so lightly dismissed. Do you know of any other US companies which are building 100%-owned production facilities in China? Regards, bachman
