In my county, tax lien sales usually go for somewhere in the neighborhood of 2-3 years back property taxes. This is usually about 2-3% of the total property value... So pennies on the dollar would be more appropriate... Regards, ~Scott

We, oh your a shareholder now! Do you guys/gals ever say anything positive anywhere! Or were you brainwashed or somehow compensated to always be negative. Your DD seems to always be negative. Or maybe you only disclose the negative aspects of your DD and leave own the positive ones that might increase stockprice, we don't want that to happen do we! Could you please share with the thread what stocks you approve in purchasing? Are any of them BB stocks? Regards, Mark
