How many people actually know what Netbooks.com actually is? I don't think you can compare Netbooks.com to Amazon, because they are totally different. Netbooks revenues will come from people that want to publish their books and not have to pay a lot of money to have them printed. Their books will automatically be downloaded on your computer after you have paid for it.

I think Netbooks.com may be on to something. I'm sure there are a lot of writers out there that would like to see how well their book would sell, but are afraid to spend the money to have them all printed up. This way they pay a one year fee and can publish them online. It's kind of like a trial run to see how well their book(s) will be accepted by the general public, not to mention all the attention they may get from publishers.

This is my take on what KANA is actually into, regardless of what DARYN has done. IMO, KANA is still a pretty good investment for me. I like the concept and I think it may be a big hit. This is all Just My Opinion. FWIW
