HEGCO El Grande Overriding Royalty For Sale We are the geologists who sold the El Grande (i.e. Edgmon re-entry) prospect to HEGCO Canada, Inc. We own the rights to a 3% overriding royalty within a 29-section Area of Mutual Interest (AMI) around, and including, the Edgmon re-entry. While the potential value of this ORRI could be very large, we need to sell half of it to raise working capital. We believe that a fair price for a 1.5% ORRI in the 29-square mile AMI is $450,000 Canadian ($306,000 US). Kerm - Upton Resources Kerm, What's your opinion on Upton? It's really been drifting lower lately. I already have a stake in this company and may add more, but it's hard to be confident with URC given the beating the shares are taking. The market is really punishing this stock and people seem to want to get out at any cost. What do you think? Have you heard anything or talked to the company lately? My impression was that Upton was holding its own in dealing with the low price environment we have right now. Maybe it's because they're not into natural gas???
