Eric I agree with Alan that a joint venture is possible. However, the logical would be a major partnership with an existing mining operation. Their infrastructure giving instant credibility to IKAR......difusing any BreX thoughts. Another possibility is a total buy-out, major offer per share from a mining operation. This could escalate the price per share, especially if a competitive mining operation decides to investigate why their competition wants the little known IKAR. This is probably our best scenario, having two major mining companies courting us for our stock. Sounds like a day dream, doesn't it? It could happen especially with the US pushing for foreign investment in Russia and the former Soviet Satellites. Too many investors have been skittish in investing in the former Soviet Satellites due to the volatile nature of the economy. However, the stability and eagerness of the governing officials to mine their minerals with a US Company gives me gratification. My only concern has been IKAR's ability to mine the operation alone, without additional help from a major player, even with capital from an investment banking operation. I still strongly believe that IKAR is the real thing; the mines they own mineral rights to are loaded; the stock I own is undervalued. I also believe that the company has not been forthright with us investors, not informing us in a timely enough fashion of the debenture shorts, etc. It has been a difficult ride for many of us who invested early, saw the stock hit $3.75 then touch bottom at below $.50. The company has to diffuse this situation. Hopefully, by exposing the debenture shorts, the company has begun a counteroffensive against the short sellers. We'll see shortly. VietVet
