Eric;

What do you think will be the next step?
Confirmed reports from their 98 summer drilling program to support the report done in the 70's?

The Russian report that was already done in the 70's was confirmed by the Kilborn Report. Ikar is not doing the summer program for their health I can guarantee that. All one has to do is read the last news release especially the last paragraph stated as follows;

During the summer work program period Ikar Mineral Corp. will work closely with the above noted investment groups. It is hoped that upon completion of requested documentation, any necessary participation requirements for future investment will be fulfilled.

Why is IKAR sitting at .46............................

It has come to the company's attention that any shares which might be issued pursuant to a conversion, as presently structured and if exercised, may not comply with applicable securities laws. No shares have been issued by way of conversion. The company has sought the opinion of counsel to address this concern jointly with the debenture holders.

No mining Company owns the property (physical) they own the right to the minerals as well as being able to mine it.

As far as a JV it would not surprise me.

Also IKAR has no promoter the bottom line as far as my opinion is concerned they don't need one and they know that as well the value is there in my opinion and it will be just a matter of time.

I agree with Alan that a joint venture is possible. However, the logical would be a major partnership with an existing mining operation. Their infrastructure giving instant credibility to IKAR......difusing any BreX thoughts.

Another possibility is a total buy-out, major offer per share from a mining operation. This could escalate the price per share, especially if a competitive mining operation decides to investigate why their competition wants the little known IKAR. This is probably our best scenario, having two major mining companies courting us for our stock.

Sounds like a day dream, doesn't it? It could happen especially with the US pushing for foreign investment in Russia and the former Soviet Satellites.

Too many investors have been skittish in investing in the former Soviet Satellites due to the volatile nature of the economy. However, the stability and eagerness of the governing officials to mine their minerals with a US Company gives me gratification. My only concern has been IKAR's ability to mine the operation alone, without additional help from a major player, even with capital from an investment banking operation.

I still strongly believe that IKAR is the real thing; the mines they own mineral rights to are loaded; the stock I own is undervalued. I also believe that the company has not been forthright with us investors, not informing us in a timely enough fashion of the debenture shorts, etc.

It has been a difficult ride for many of us who invested early, saw the stock hit $3.75 then touch bottom at below $.50. The company has to diffuse this situation. Hopefully, by exposing the debenture shorts, the company has begun a counteroffensive against the short sellers. We'll see shortly.
