Alan,

Where do you see "burrying" in the article? Do we know whether SMTL get's a cut off of the IBM deal in license fees? I don't suspect they are, but don't poo poo SMTL just yet. AMD and MOTO announce tommorrow their Cu plans, and if memory serves me correctly, SMTL was the favored supplier of both for their end of the Damascene process tools. Having said that, I believe that SMTL is probably in play again - NVLS was after them before, and now with their change at the top, I wouldn't be surprised if its someone from Europe.
