Greeting Toby,

I think two warrants and $11 get you a share of common - exp 2000 I think.

Good Luck Steve

Further to Pluvia's answer to your question regarding the warrants: In addition to the terms he described, the warrants are callable if the common closes =>$20/sh for 20 consecutive days.

Think about that for a moment. If this stock closes above 20 for 11 more days, the company can force holders to exercise their warrants and benefit from a $40MM cash infusion.

If the stock drifts down toward $20, watch for a new round of rumors.

SRCMW - warrants

$11 strike price
1/2 share per warrant

If $45 buyoug/share:

(45-11)/2 = $17 - the worth of the warrants if $45 buyout.

From looking at the options, it looks like open interest
is greater for the calls than the puts. So more people
are believing in the buyout rumor.

Once again, SRCM needs to hold the $25 pre-rumor trading
price. It hit this once Friday and bounced strongly off it!
I am sure the shorts were not too happy about that. This just goes to
show that: There are more believers in the rumor than those short.

PLUVIA and group are in the MINORITY !

regards,
S.W.
