I too expect a lot of dishonesty in that e-mail, Biomoda just wants to be left alone because they have better things to do. I'm sure that if you were interested in purchasing biomoda shares they may have more interest. Now as of the last press release it states that ADOT owns aprox. 27% of biomoda and ADOT has the first right or refusal to manufacture and market for Biomodas product, I don't think that Leslie Robbins(ADOT CEO) would put himself in the position of fraud knowing that in the case of Fraud he cannot hide behind the corporate shield and can be held personally liable.
