Jewel, I have no problem with you or anyone else asking questions, that's what this BB is for IMO. Your right, the preferred has been with us for a long time, the first issuance if my memory serves was Series C which raised 1.5 million and was used for Card Call and I believe that most or all of those shares have already been converted and reflected in our outstanding. The series E I will have to research some.
