I was not clear in my post that H.K. already has the funds covered without a private placement. That was my point. From your post, you seem convinced that Hk knows that he can raise needed funds in a private placement of 144. Does he know this? You are showing your lack of knowledge of CSMA. They have previously done a private placement. I suggest that others read each post from now on and ask the relevant questions such as: How do you know this? Who is the source of your information? Why won't you reveal your source of information? Why won't you elaborate and give specifics? Why do you only give generalized accusations? The posters will not be able to provide the facts. David

Why does he not want to complete projects. again, you are talking as though this is fact. did HK tell yo he does not want to comlete projects? i don't think so. that leaves opinion - yours. Certainly Millis would not be hanging up on people if he was comfortable with the questions he is asked..... you were in the conversation? how do you know what it was that led Mike Millis to hangup? again, did you ask him? This deal does not add up. your perspective not mine. again, i do not buy your suppositions. everyone else is welcome to read, digest and make up their own minds. but you got nothing here, imho. regards. gary
