These two items alluded to in the release are the "Martini" and "Mudslide" project.

Cabletron Rochester also expects in-house manufacturing to ramp up sooner than expected and is in the process of procuring new personnel to replace those "laid-off" several months ago. "Source" reports that many of those laid off will not be offered re-employment, CS is looking for new blood.

CB has also opened up the corporate wallet slightly, improving the 401K plan, reintroducing stock options, etc. "Source" reports that morale is up slightly from an all time low of several months ago.

As someone speculated earlier, CB is on the long road of getting the house cleaned up, IMHO for it's intended sale somewhere down the road.

"Source" was not aware on contract cancellation but would be skulking about Monday for some confirmation.

Pruguy, I agree with you and will continue to share all information I glean with all on the thread. After all, it's all OUR money we're talking about-some of it quite substantial if I read the posts correct. I would hope that for the benefit of all involved we be more concerned with watching our collective backs (instead of our egos)!

Keep you posted,

Skippy
