Houlihan is still a part of the picture. They presented the company with differing things such as other companies to look at and possible bidders for Muller Media. As far as financing I am not sure if they have given a lot of help on that track but some of the information that they have given us has been invaluable. Joe Murphy has always kept his options open, that way he is not locked into any one situation if a better one comes along. He is a very shrewd negotiator and has looked out for the best interest of DCI and it's shareholders in all of his dealings.
