I believe a 15% share for resellers would be generous. It would be a great revenue boost once Portico is in place for clients especially considering possible reocurring revenues, the resellers may be responsible also for account maintenance? Its a no brainer for a reseller to push Portico! After all its what they do! I would first contact all my current client base and offer them the demo and a first hand look.

I believe marketing will start very soon Im anxious to see the campaign as Im sure its already in the final stages of preparation.

Sea Otter I felt your napkin numbers were conservative and made for some interesting reading! Here is more.

24,000 new users per month
100 resellers
24 selling days per month

24000/24 = 1000 per day /100 resellers = 10 per reseller/10 hr. work day 1 new user sold per hour

Of course this is to simplistic.

Remember other marketing avenues that will generate interest!

*TV, Radio, News paper
*Internet
*Direct sales: Resellers to Corp. accounts, current clients, walk in business, referrals. Resellers already have a marketing force in place!
*Direct mail
*Billboards, buses, cabs.

All create brand awareness and contribute to sales and revenue growth if its effective I see 24,000 new users per month as easily attainable!
