Welcome back Paul. I missed your level headed comments. I am a frustrated hummingbird shareholder and see management indifference towards investors as discouraging. A case in point is the downward repricing of employee stock options last year. Options, I believe should be used to focus staff effort towards increasing shareholder value and not be treated as normal compensation where employees have a right to. For this stock to reach and STAY at higher levels, one of the things management must do is to reprice employee options higher. This will send out the message that management and employees have confidence in the future value of the company.
