Big News! According to the WSJ, "Tobacco makers won a victory in their battle against public-smoking restrictions as a federal judge declared that a 1993 EPA study overstated the proven link between secondhand smoke and cancer. The EPA findings have helped spur regulations curbing smoking in public buildings, workplaces and restaurants."

This is big news people, and the latest sign that the Legislative and Executive Branches are lacking the common sense that the Judicial Branch seems to have. Thank God we've got three branches of government! Too bad two ain't working.
