Nice to hear from you.

As with most " Letters of Intent" , I'm afraid the corporate counsels will keep this under wraps until the Escrow closes and the funds have been dispersed to all parties.

I feel we will see a few more interesting privately held contractors come on board very soon. More good news might be in our future.
