Glenn----How did B&T receive as much as 5 million shares of AMZN stock in the first
place? Is Ingram also a stockholder? Perhaps, AMZN gave B&T stock in lieu of having
to pay 8-10 % more for its product.

Bolder,

My guess is AMZN gave B & T five million shares to pay for the books they are supplying. It appears that selling 350K shares by B & T was the revenue necessary to pay for the books bought by AMZN. his could continue month after month. This is strictly conjecture. The sales by B & T each month will depend upon what is owed and the market price of the stock.
