Paunch,

IPM asked him to come and sample their dirt. They don't, on a regular basis go out and do this. When they are asked, they do. Even under the gag order, they can still tell prospective investors the results or their findings. The only thing they can't do is advise investors on if they should invest or not.

Paunch, IMO Doug has a pretty good idea, all shareholders pay ~$0.05/share to complete the purchase of the BRX property. We then sit back and wait for "others" to develop the extraction technology. You seem to be one of the few that has any contact with IPM. Please run that idea by them. It could be a special warrant good for $1 in future profits or something else like a one year subscription to Northern Miner. <VBG>
