paisley, Are you talking to me or Jack? You didn't answer my last questions, but now I have another. You say they are 3 years behind in their tax reporting? Where did you get that info? From who and where? You have made a direct statement and now I am asking you to back that statement up with fact. Reasons why not to report? Well, call NYRR management and ask them! Want the number? I certainly plan on calling them and asking if your statement is fact. Don't give you any lip????? Ha! Whenever I care to! As for answers, do your own DD as I did...don't rely on anyone else to do it for you! I personally think Jack is correct. The merger is going to mean a lot to them and to our stock price. I think we just need a little patience. We should know a lot more in a matter of a few short months in my opinion. Jim J
