You could be right, but I don't think anyone really had much of an upgrade on it in the fist place. Too many people hate this stock and its management. I think all that is reflected at these price levels. Peri is still in a growing industry, they have good products and repeat business. I have always seen Peri as a long term investment. A few bad quarters to doesn't make much difference over the long haul, just feel lucky to have picked up some more last week.
