Texas Biotech is not a Woodlands company. It is in Houston. Get your facts straight before you start cluttering up the thread again.

Can you tell us what is the basis of your statement that Novastan is fraud? I realize that you are a stock broker and may have reasons to promote or bring down a particular company.

Novastan-Argatroban is a drug already in use in Japan and is working well. I have personally spoken to several MDs who were using the drug during clinical trials and they all loved the drug. I have heard the experience of several leading Hematologists about Argatroban and they all spoke positively about the drug. The multi center trial in USA showed highly significant benefit.

To most Hematologists, non approvable letter by FDA was a rude surprise. In past some low or middle level officials of FDA have shown such irrational behaviour. Later such drugs do get approved, based on the merits.

I would be very surprised if Novastan does not get approved.
