X: I use to be a member of "The Foundation for the Study of Cycles". They pointed to an "18 year" cycle in real estate. I dropped the membership, because after they moved from So. Ca., location, to another state, they fell so far behind in their monthly publications, that their forecast for market indices, etc., where actually "past cast"! Regards, LG PS: Their cycle forecast on interest rates, through this decade and into the beginning of the next millenium, was indicating lower rates. Regards, LG!
