As I said before, I am for abolishment of the institution of independent counsel. I really feel bad about Starr and also about Walsh. I never like an institution that is not accountable to the public and have unlimited check writing power.

Yes, but Bush is guilty of something non-trivial. Clinton is
being persued for something that, even if it is true, is trivial.
At any rate, I don't see how the president can influence the market.
As long as we (I mean "I") can make some money, I don't care what
Clinton's up to. All real Republicans feel the same way. Money
is the most important thing. There are no other important things.

Hi, Joey Two Cents: Star & his die hard backers or those who sponsored Paula Jone's law suits are what I referred to as "they". Nobody is perfect in his or her private life. My opinion is the same as the late senator Goldwater's - he advised his Reublican fellow: " Let him (Clinton) do his job."
