Nope My average short is at 8 3/32 + a few more at 7 from the last run. Again, if there are restricted shares it is in addition to the those registered on June 30. Were is the public disclosure however. Put up Mr. TMEX, if there are restricted shares as you state, it would be a matter of public record. And, how about those commons at 3 1/2? Were is that from? The May PP was preferred shares convertable to commons for an average price of 2.70, plus all the Warrants they can ask for.
