No false statements from me, just a lack of real answers from you. Real companies sell convertibles at a premium usually between 15 and 25% to the price on the day the converts are sold. You just don't seem to want to face the truth that this company will sell the shareholders down the river( as witness the selling of a convertible at a discount). And as to your comment that Centocor might be the holder of the convert, you always seem to have some angle that might sound good, but never any proof that it might be true. And "me thinks thou doest protest too much"... I never said you were a stock promoter. Why did you feel the need to deny in a post what had never been brought up?
