James, thanks for the input. I haven't panicked yet, but I might if I find that we issued these Series E convertibles at a deep discount after spending all of that money with a buyback and cash dividend. Up until now, I have thought of Joe Murphy as a shrewd business man, but I must admit I would have to reconsider if that is the case. As far as options for financing, I realize that with a BB stock they are limited. However, if as Mr. Murphy claims, these buyers were going to be long term holders and really believed the story, why the short conversion period, and why no floor on the price, and why the deep discount. A 30% discount in 90 days is 10% a month. I really admire your skills at research and readily admit that I am not so skilled. I would love to research this if someone could tell me where I can find the name of the buyers of these convertibles and where I can find out if they are still holding. Then I will do all of the leg work. I am sorry, but DD of just calling Mr. Murphy and asking if they are still holding is not enough.

Thanks, Jewel
