If this information is true, Brandy came about it the same way we all came about information on this company. It is called DD. You might want to try it sometime. You would have to ask so many questions (or are they just rhetoric) on this thread.

I have no idea how he acquired the properties in WV.

Even if he bought them as distressed property or REO (the proper word in commercial real estate-- you would be laughed out of a room if you mentioned foreclosure to commercial RE folks) SO WHAT?

Is that bad for some reason?
