Dave,

PMFJI, but looking at where TSIG started the week and where it ended the week indicates to me (especially looking at the volume figures for each day) that most of the sell-off at the end of the week came from day-traders and momentum traders who were looking for the "quick pop" when the website appeared. Most day-traders actually like to be "flat" at the end of each day (ie.: no position) and momentum players jump off when they see resistance levels. Frankly, I couldn't care less what they do as my stock isn't for sale anyway.

Best wishes,

Marty

*Price based on being a MusicCardTM holder.

IMO, the phone ordering is excellent for people who don't have

access to a PC, or...
are afraid to send credit card info over the net,
even though the site has a secure order form.

Their shipping charges for the first CD are the same as amazon, and .99 CHEAPER
than tunes & cdnow, and .49 cheaper than music blvd.
On the second CD, they are the same as tunes and cdnow,
only .05 more than amazon, and only .02 more than if you order a second CD from music blvd.
pretty competitive.

They are only 1 out of 2 who have chat rooms.

Now, here is the best part.

Even though you have to purchase a music card to get the discount,
the purchase of the music card is well worthit, here is why.

Purchasing 10 CDs from tunes.com -vs- Compact Connection:

Tunes.com Compact Connection

10 CDs@ $15.79= $157.90 10 CDs@10.99=$109.90
+ price of music card= 9.99

Total= $157.90 Total=$119.89

S + H=$11.99 S + H=$11.00

Grand Total=$169.89 Grand Total=$130.89

That is a savings of around 29%.

Any questions?

Daytraders and momo folks expected a news release right away once the web site was up. It never came because it is still in beta preview. The rush to get in on Wed late afternoon and Thurs morning should be the tip off - and hence, the selloff (at least that is my read on it IMHO). I also believe that many long termers and many new smart investors are buying in after seeing the preview site. Some are averaging up or down. There will be news releases, a huge marketing blitz and a whole lot more. So, where's the news..LOL.

Frankly, I would have much rather seen a public homepage with an approximate grand opening message and maybe one or two more pages up instead of the almost complete site that isn't fully functional yet. If you follow the automotive industry, journalists always test "mules" (beta test cars) for upcoming articles on new model cars. These journalists always state clearly in the articles that these aren't production samples. Our web site is not either and shouldn't be judged as one until the public unveiling takes place. Give it time.

I would assume that most insiders know much more than any of us do about the total TSIG story, with the promise of the web site and of all of their divisions and would not be selling into a web site preview. Of course, you could always pick up the phone, call the company and ask these questions yourself. If you do, please report your findings to the thread. Hope this helps.

A little common sense goes a long way........Norms
