Kosher Stock Alert! TGSK (OTC:BB) - Company is a distributor of marine products mainly in Mexico and expanding into South American, U.S., and Carribean nations.

Highest close (2.47) Friday of it's young public life. $.10 Cash dividend (that's right, I said dividend) to be paid tomorrow (7/20) and most likely all will be reinvested by both insiders and by the long and strong current float investors (and there is a suspicion of an existing short which magnifies this situation). 2Q earnings expected to be announced this week, I'm expecting at least equal to or greater than .10/share posted in 1Q. SEC reporting expected within max 60 days.

All of these factors coming together should finally boost this undervalued stock's price to NASDAQ requirements ($4) which is the near term goal of management. 8M o/s and 3.3M float. I know of one investor who holds nearly 1M of the float. Expectations of larger players to get involved soon.

Note: this is a long-term hold in order to get maximum gains. I & others are projecting $8 - $10/sh within a year. Active threads here on SI: exchange2000.com and on Yahoo: messages.yahoo.com.
