Because I am not an attorney; no desire to be one; I'll have to pass on this one. I am not versed on what constitutes a vessel of use.

You appear to be insinuating I called a company (what company?) not legit? This is not a true statement. I stated <if> a company were legit, or words to that effect. That is far different that making an outright statement that XYA Wiggets company is bogus and not legit.

We are all certainly aware of more than a few companies that have existed only on paper and not in the real world; just as there are well known companies who have existed for hundreds of years in some cases. When dealing with the Internet unless a company has a known track record one should regard it with caution and much investigation.
