on the use of RSI, one can also use the 50 level as trigger line.
i personally dont use rsi as a true ob/os indicator.. more of a momentum indicator using 50 as trigger.

I never can guess when DELL might go down, or for how long..

Earnings still to come, the price could easily be at 130 at earnings.
