Chester, thanks for the analysis on ATIS. Even though the conversion is floorless, is there any way for the preferred holders to drive the price to lower levels for optimal conversion without the ability to short the stock (due to stock price already below $5/share)? And, is there any economic incentive for preferred holders to force share price lower if conversion at these lower levels is not at a discount to the market price?
