Value Indicators has DIIG has a Value of $30. per share. This Quarter's Estimated EPS at $0.24 and next Quarter's Estimated EPS at $0.41, this is definately an undervalued growth stock. with a 20% annual growth rate it is an excellent prospect.

rated ''buy'' in new coverage by analyst Mark Hassenberg at Donaldson Lufkin &Jenrette Securities Corp. The 12-month target price is $24.00 per share. This was also recently a "pick" in Barrons'.

On April 22, 1998 J.C. Bradford & Co.'s Research Department issued a 7 page Company Report on DII Group Inc. Report highlights: 'A STRONG BUY rating was reiterated with a target price of $30.
The company is expected to continue its earnings growth rate of 20% annually given its global contract-manufacturing service offering and PCB fabrication capabilities. The company's diverse customer base gives it protection against a downturn with any customer or industry.'
