Actually no need to warn people about you. Just reading your crap will tell people what type of PAID poster you are. People will see that you are VERY sensitive about certain subjects and will refrain from answering direct questions. People will see how limited your knowledge of Crystallex and Venezuela is, because you only use PDG press releases and posts on forums. People will see that you are a PAID employee of StockWatch and will be accorded the same credibility. People will see what type of promotion and scam that YOU are running. People will see what type of individual you really are. People will see how long you will stay on public forums while under the corporate legal umbrella. People will see how long StockWatch or other "sponsors" will continue to pay you to post here. People will see how soon he will contravene the Terms of Use at Silicon Investor just as he abused them on StockHouse. PS. If jerry is really interested in becoming a journalist some day, he might be better off taking example from Roy Carson perhaps?

Since you claim to wish to discuss KRY, may I ask for the benefit of all present on this forum; 1/ Why Jerry, while in attendance at the KRY/AGM did you not take the opportunity to speak with Robert Fung when he approached and introduced himself to you?? 2/ You have always demanded some kind of interview or discussion with Marc Oppenheimer, here was your opportunity again to speak with him eye to eye...........for some reason you wished not to speak with them directly..................wonder why?? 3/ Not only did you fail to ask or discuss anything of merit with these people of the BOD, you had the opportunity to speak with Richard Marshal/VP; Sedec/geologist; Riccardo Cottin/Legal Representative; Ambasador Perez/Pres of KRY's Venezuelan subsidiary; Andrea Boltz/IR. 4/ You challenged some " direct quote; internet touts or advicers??" to speak, and yet you made no attempt at even trying to find any of them, when in fact they were all around you?? From the above quote that you posted yesterday; " For those who apreciate dealing with Crystallex issues(which in my opinion include the internet promotion)." I find this very interesting Jerry, you wish to discuss the above topic, and yet you as a reporter failed the general public and Stockwatch, by not getting answers from the main principals involved with this company on an "eye to eye basis", which to me and most likely any others who wish to know the truth is the best way to garner any kind of information from people. At the time you claimed that anything they had to offer was old news?? how convenient an answer?? I say bogus to you!! SIR, the importance of getting a personal discussion with all of the above, would have gone a lot further to enhance your credibility, your response is and has been a lame duck excuse that leads to thoughts of suspicion. You had the opportunity to get all on public record, you had the opportunity and you failed as a reporter or journalist when the information mattered most?? You have relied solely on what others have printed, many of your articles have been loaded with heavy innuendo, ust take the newsrelease from this AM regarding KRY; Quote from SW this AM lead in line; "Haven't got; will fight" What exactly does this line have to do with KRY and any response they may have to this class action suit?? Do you not think that it would be prudent for a company to respond to legal action "after" they have been served notice and their legal representatives have had the opportunity to review the papers??........it would make good business sense to me!!.................I would say that the line has more to do with conjecture and innuendo?? as many of the articles regarding KRY from SW have shown?? After-all KRY does not even have to make any news but Stockwatch seems to be able to continuously rehash the same stuff with a few more inflections always thrown in??................have always been curious in regards to this, is this an attempt at "creating News" when none exists..................................all one has to do is count up how many actual news releases KRY has issued and the number SW has issued??.............................quite a disparity from a news service that claims to be "independant" in the issuance of information in regards to corporations or company's??...........I would say that you people have walked a fine line?? If as you have said, you wish to discuss Crystallex issues, with the people here at SI, how can you be held with any degree of respect or accountability for your thoughts when you failed to discuss the issues of Crystallex with the main principals involved. Hello Jerry; In regards to wondering about Patrick making it onto the SI forum, he has been involved with the SI forums for quite some time. He has a very good working knowledge in regards to the junior mining sector, and is quite versed at speaking intelligently in regards to the subjects at hand?? Jerry, I see that Stockwatch has now issued two newsreleases in regards to KRY to-day, can you tell us why SW finds it so necessary, to put out a second release. In your second release it is nothing more than a rehash of what has passed, with a few new conjective statements. Very curious, old news at the AGM??(remember your words) but Stockwatch continuously rehashes and releases old news?? Just as you say the internet hype that has surrounded KRY, the actions of you and Stockwatch had made me even more suspect?? While I have your attention, can you answer this question; What is the relationship between these three gentleman?? John Woods..........editor of Stockwatch?? Peter Brown.........chair of Cannacord?? Bruce McDonald.........................?? Now I know one is your boss, but can you add to the relationship for all to see and understand, just so all can get a clearer understanding of how the Vancouver brokerage industry operates?? I have always had a problem, with the thoughts of a former broker suddenly becoming an editor of a supposed news dissemination service. The hearing, scheduled to last two weeks, will focus on a series of columns Collins wrote in the North Shore News and the now-defunct Daily Victorian, which complainant Harry Abrams says created hatred toward a number of minorities. The difference between the earlier complaint and the current one is that the first one, filed by the Canadian Jewish Congress, involved a single article while the Abrams complaint relies on several Collins' articles. The B.C. Human Rights Commission is supporting Abrams' position that his complaint has merit and should be upheld. "Hate speech poses a serious threat to individuals and society by undermining the dignity, self-worth and sense of security of target groups," deputy chief commissioner Harinder Mahil said. "Hate speech undermines the value of equality, tolerance and respect for the inherent dignity of persons that our human-rights law is designed to uphold." Collins and The North Shore Free Press Ltd. have served notice that as a part of the proceedings, they intend to challenge the constitutionality of section 7 of the B.C. Human Rights Code, which prohibits discriminatory and hate publications. The constitutionality of part of section 7 was upheld in the November, 1997 decision in the Collins case, even though Collins won. In that decision, tribunal chair Nitya Iyer found the column in question, which was about the movie Schindler's List, was anti-Semitic and "likely to make it more acceptable for others to express hatred or contempt against Jewish people " But even though she called the column "nasty, deliberately provocative and insulting," she also ruled it was not sufficiently vitriolic to warrant action under the B.C. Human Rights Code. Still, the last ruling upset all parties. The B.C. Civil Liberties Association called it a threat to freedom of speech. Collins, who retired from the paper last September, could not be reached for comment on Sunday. Abrams, who is filing the complaint as an individual though he is the B.C. representative of B'nai B'rith Canada, said the series of columns his complaint is about could cause hatred against groups including Jews, Sikhs, Iranians, Chinese and Japanese.
