Billy, Just got back from looking at the charts and close and bulletins on CED.I suggest you read page 420 of Investors Digest.There is a nice head and shoulders pattern on CED starting in may and by the looks of the chart it will soon be a good time to buy again as volumes are at a much higher price and volume has all but dried up.2200 shares traded to-day and down .14. Guess it didn't take even 10,000 to make 400.00 in a day did it.See, you do not have to be rich as you say. Last news was June 15, 1998.With a control of the public float, 600-700 thousand shares,I suspected you would be right about the NR at least once.Oh well.One day, and all the best Billy. Good Luck.
