I wasn't in MIDL but I've vaguely heard the horror stories. PKGP did the following: Announced a name change to squeeze the shorts. Hired an IR firm to push the stock. In the press release company asked shareholders to call for their certs. Company announced a dividend to come following the name change. The company itself would not talk to shareholders directly. Company refused to devulge O/S numbers. Everyone thought they were in 20 mill. range because that was reported last. Three days before name change, IR company pulls out of deal mysteriously. On day before name change company announces letter of intent to buy another company. On day of name change company announces 1 for 70 reverse split and devulges that there are approximately 105 mill O/S instead of the presumed 20 mill. Prior to split PKGP had been trading around 7 cents. Following split it is now trading around 1.5 cents. A case of horrible manipulation and treatment of shareholders. Now trades as USPX. Don't ever invest in this crooked company.
