We are forming a committee for shareholders who lost larger
amounts on this security. There were major wrongdoing(maybe criminal).
We are in possession of evidence, (including tapes and letters) and are
attempting to gather more evidence to what we already have.
Our purpose is to have ONE central place where the people who lost in
this equity can unite and fight this collectively. The scope of the
effort goes beyond normal class actions.
This committee will try to band together to fight the banks, directors
and will attempt to proceed with all legal (CIVIL& CRIMINAL)action to
recover the losses.
Anyone joining has nothing to lose . You can hold your shares and you
can sell.
YOU WILL NOT INCUR ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES AT ALL.
ANYONE THAT LOST OVER $75,000 PLEASE E-mail AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
The success rate depend on the timing that we can put this together. I
recommend that large shareholders(and only large shareholders) contact
me immediately. The more this is dragged out the less chance for
recovery.
