Hello Don,

<< I didn't intend to attack you on the issue,... >> I didn't think you did, really no problem :-)

My idea about the hiring picture simply was that a cost-conscious co. like LLTC wouldn't want to hire if they didn't think they need it because of the tremendous market opportunities <g> and/or engineering potential for their products. Of course, it could also be that LLTC is a lousy employer and engineers are constantly jumping. I would hope not, and I doubt it since remuneration in options and shares is an integral part of the package I read, and the employees cannot complain about the performance of the shares. Just thinking aloud... Any views welcome.

I thought about another thing: 50% of LLTC sales are made internationally. But in all the old results release I read from the last 4 to 6 quarters, I never heard them whine how hard the strong U.S. dollar hit their bottom line. In fact, they delivered the positive earnings and sales figures in the face of a rising dollar. Now imagine if the dollar would have been flat over the last year - or if it declined slightly in the times ahead... sure wouldn't hurt.
