Ok (3rd cup of coffee)....

* Still think PMCS may test OLD 36 support today and tomorrow as momentum players jockey in and out.

* WRT R&D, I fully support the need to expand and update their portfolio, although my short term interest was to see them milk their huge market advantage a couple more qtrs (-; Anyway, still think they probably accelerated some of these costs to lump them with the IgT writeoff (makes sense to me.)

* Only way to avoid these acquisitions burying earnings is to get bigger or be bought out by someone who can easily absorb those costs. Just musing (-;

* Asian crisis and PMCS: I don't believe that PMCS has alot of direct business with Asian companies. For example, I would bet that the majority of ATM chip sales are to US companies selling boxes mostly in US. Only exposure appears to be broad market/economic risks that apply across the board to all players.

Looking to add shares, but someone stop me if I'm just falling in love with this one.
