That makes three cases just from recent posts of companies that have done better after reverse split. Anyway, this will make it closer to the time when they can do a 2 for 1 split and send the stock price higher. Osicom did have a 2 for 1 back a couple of years ago.

I'm really a value investor at heart, so the splits don't mean quite as much. I'm also able to hold on until the stock goes up. My bet is that they wanted the stock to be marginable so someone who is known to buy on margin can buy a boat load before big announcements.

For Charley who claims the stock price will break down and cause a Chapter 11 filing, don't you have your cause and effect backwards? With revenues over $100 million/year, if the stock price went to $5 post split I'd load up. A price to sales that low would be almost unheard of, and with FIBR's potential with new products, unheard of.

All the negative, concerned, or even positive posts here are just speculation. What us longs are waiting for is a good earnings announcement or big contracts announcement.
