Mr. Niemuth appears to have made an "expert" determination that there is no Platinum in AZ. Any facts, opinions, etc. to the contrary must (apparently) in his mind be fraud. He has ignored the finding of the SEC that GPGI committed no fraud. He has abused his official position to push his own personal agenda (see proceedings between IPM and Niemuth). Tim Hall's apparent close relationship with Niemuth coupled with some of his postings raise questions about his purpose. I have no concern with people raising concerns about GPGI - providing those concerns are relatively unbiased and are a search for the truth. I feel (almost?) the same way towards the hype as the negative. Niemuth's track record indicate that he is far from unbiased - he is obsessed.

Regards,
Bob
