Art, the 5 million buy back and the 3 million preferred do not have anything to do with each other. One is more than likely for project financing and the buy back is over a longer period of time. You are correct in the " Not just an average BB company". Most bulletin board company's that need cash will more than likely float some off the wall short term, heavily dilutive deal for a few dollars. Preferred offering with companies such as DCI only means they can do it based off the companies performance. Juli, i'll come back to you in a few minutes yours will be a little longer. its a miracle I remember half this stuff. Not bad for someone who is only 1/2 a businessman, LOLOL, thats a joke.
