I just talked to Vivian @ SHOW. She said they will hopefully have their 10K submitted this week. They were supposed to submit by the 14th. Hence, the "E" Can't confirm IMAXF rumors. However, she did say there is nothing formal w/anybody only "Talks." No discussion of a reverse split. Has not been addressed. They have been notified to come into compliance or be delisted. The time period was 90 days. They are half way through this period. So a reverse split could be very real very soon. Very nice lady. Returned my call. Spoke well. Said things are normal. Not a lot new happening that we haven't discussed.
