Charles, you need a program. You cannot tell the scammers from the real ones without a program. The big problem is the scammers craft their scams with more care than the honest people and often look better to the inexperienced eye. Remember that dolly your mother warned you about?<G> The sales personalities demanded of sellers of used cars, encyclopedias, florida timeshares, bad stocks etc are very similar. The organzied groups have carefully crafted computer screened decision trees that give the salesman the optimal thought out response to every objection the person makes. If you have ever seen the exposed records of some of these scams and viewed the detailed scripts that the phone men follow you would be amazed at the time and effort spent on them. That is the only thing they actually produce. All the rest if complex detailed flim flam. Now the dirt promoters need a mine site and some samples and some PhDs and lab equipment to clutter the place with. A few famous places under contract for DD(supposedly) and they are off and running. Your group is amateurish, and basically honest. In effect you have to copy the scammers, but tell the true honest story or else the investors will put their $$ with the scammers and not with you. The basic investor is a lot smarter than a rabbit, possibly as smart as a bright cat, but the crooks are foxes.<G> Bill
